  刘梅,博士,教授、博士生导师。中国生物医学工程学会免疫治疗工程分会第一届委员,江苏省医学会遗传学分会委员,美国神经科学会、美国细胞生物学会会员。主讲医学细胞生物学、医学遗传学、分子细胞生物学、分子生物学技术等课程。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部留学回国人员科研基金,江苏省高校重大项目等课题。主要研究微管骨架对轴突生长、生长锥动态重构的作用,及其对胶质细胞活化、增殖和迁移的影响。研究成果曾获高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)二等奖及江苏省科学技术奖三等奖。在J NeurosciFASEB JTrafficMol Biol CellJ Cell Sci等专业期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。
