丁斐，江苏南通人，1958年出生，中共党员，教授，博士生导师。中国解剖学会再生医学分会主任委员，中国神经科学学会神经发育与再生分会副主任委员，国家重点研发计划项目首席专家，江苏省高校教学名师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
主要从事神经损伤与再生方面的研究工作，主持承担国家重点研发计划（干细胞专项）项目、国家自然科学基金等科研项目，以通讯作者发表SCI收录论文40余篇，主编出版专著3部，获中国及国际发明专利6项。研究成果曾获中华医学二等奖、江苏科技进步一等奖等多项奖励。曾获江苏省高校教学名师、江苏省优秀教育工作者等荣誉称号。
